One of this summer’s most favourite appetisers is uncooked ham with melon. If you want to give it a twist, prepare many melon balls with the right spoon. To garnish single portions put the melon in the middle of a place and surround it with ‘Romano Mainelli’ Parma ham slices curled in the shape of flowers. As a good alternative, serve the melon in cups with sticks of ‘Romano Mainelli’ Ungherese salami. To make salami sticks, simply take Ungherese salami and cut it in thick strips.
